Position:

Project Manager/Estimator

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site inspections for water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, and other restoration services for both commercial and residential properties.
Respond quickly to all mitigation leads.
Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for mitigation projects using Xactimate software.
Responsible for meeting with clients, review budgets and communicate progress.
Create estimates and final invoices with autonomy and accuracy.
Resolve problems quickly as they arise.
Manage jobs and crews

Qualifications:

4 years previous experience in water damage restoration required.
Experience using Xactimate.
Residential and/or commercial estimating experience.
Extensive customer service experience.
Ability to work well with others, maintain professional interaction with co-workers and vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a good driving record.
Must know working with Xactimate software
